Product Description

Product Description:

The condensate water recovery device can be operated through either steam drive or electric drive, depending on the user's preferences. The recovered condensate water can be returned either directly to the boiler or to a specific location set by the user.

The device mainly consists of several components such as a dedicated condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulating valve, blowdown valve, control panel, among others.

The steam condensate water enters the tank through a steam trap, where both steam and water are separated. When the liquid level sensor detects a high liquid level in the tank, it sends a signal to the control panel, which activates the condensate water recovery pump. Through the pump's cavitation elimination device and filter, high-temperature condensate water and a small amount of secondary steam are transported to the water tank (or the location designated by the customer). This completes the process of steam condensate water recovery.

If the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level in the tank, it sends a low-level signal to the control panel, which will shut off the condensate water recovery pump. The recovery device operates automatically, with dual pumps acting as backup and switching between them. By simply turning on the power, the device can operate smoothly.

Features:

Anti-cavitation technology is gaining popularity in industries that deal with fluid dynamics. This technology helps to prevent the formation of bubbles or cavities in liquids that can lead to erosion and damage to machinery.

The use of anti-cavitation technology has far-reaching benefits that extend beyond the protection of machinery. It is also an energy-saving measure as the energy required to pump fluids is reduced when there is no cavitation. This, in turn, contributes to an environmentally friendly approach as less energy consumption means fewer greenhouse gas emissions.

In summary, the incorporation of anti-cavitation technology is a win-win situation for businesses and the environment. Not only does it safeguard equipment, but it is also a sustainable choice that contributes to a cleaner and greener planet.

Applications:

The closed-loop condensate water recovery system is widely utilized in a variety of industrial plants. These plants include enterprises in the papermaking, chemical, petroleum, printing and dyeing, textile, brewing, rubber, and other industries that have steam heating systems. The system is an effective and efficient method of recovering condensate water.

Furthermore, the use of this system is not limited to industrial plants. It can also be utilized in civil buildings such as hotels and hospitals. This system can help to conveniently and effectively convert the condensate water that is generated by the indirect heat exchange system into closed-loop recovery. This makes it an ideal solution that replaces conventional open condensate water tanks.

The closed-loop condensate water recovery system helps to reduce water waste and save energy costs. It has become an essential product for industrial enterprises that have steam heating systems and are looking to improve their sustainability practices.
