Product Description:

The condensate water recovery device is specially designed to meet different user requirements, where it can be electric-driven or steam-driven. The recovered condensate water can be directly returned to the boiler or to a particular location, as specified by the user. The device mainly comprises a condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, liquid level sensors, and other important components such as cavitation elimination device, magnetic flip liquid level gauge, filter, pressure regulating valve, blowdown valve, and control panel.

The steam condensate water is allowed to enter the tank through a steam trap, which helps to separate steam and water. When the liquid level in the tank reaches a certain level, the liquid level sensor installed in the device sends out a high-level signal to the control panel for action. The control panel then activates the condensate water recovery pump, which transports condensed water, along with a small amount of secondary steam through the pump's cavitation elimination device and filter into the water tank. This process results in efficient steam condensate water recovery.

On the other hand, when the tank's liquid level sensor detects low liquid level, it sends out a low-level signal to the control panel, which shuts off the condensate water recovery pump. The condensate water recovery device operates in fully automatic control mode, where dual pumps operate in backup mode whenever necessary. The device can be easily operated with the turn of a power switch.
