The condensate water recovery device can be designed to operate using steam-driven or electric-driven methods, depending on the specific needs of the user. This system has the ability to retrieve and recycle condensate water, which can then be reused for various applications. The recovered water can either be directed back into the boiler or any other designated location that the user specifies. The condensate water recovery device is comprised of several essential parts, including a dedicated condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulating valve, blowdown valve, control panel, and other important components.

 

Steam condensate water enters the tank via a steam trap where water and steam are separated. Once the liquid level sensor detects that the tank is full, it sends a signal to the control panel. The control panel will, in turn, respond by activating the condensate water recovery pump. The pump works by moving high-temperature condensate water and a small amount of secondary steam through the pump's cavitation elimination device and filter, and directing it to the designated location (such as the water tank or any specified location chosen by the customer). This completes the entire process of steam condensate water recovery.

 

The control panel also receives a low-level signal when the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level in the tank. In response, the control panel will then shut off the condensate water recovery pump. The recovery device has the ability to operate in a fully automatic control mode, with dual pumps that operate in a backup mode and automatically switch between them. To operate the recovery device, simply turning on the power is all that is required.
